Male or Female?
This is a question we are asked very often. In all fairness there is very little difference in Cavaliers. This breed does not exhibit the strong gender differences seen in other breeds. Neutered males rarely exhibit secondary sexual behavior such as "marking" or "humping" once the testosterone levels recedes after neutering, most of these behaviors (if they ever existed) will disapear.
Cavalier breeders all say " The girls love you while the boys are in love with you! This is so true!
Before you decide on a male or female, remember Cavaliers just love their people no matter what the gender. As a breed they are super affectionate, well rounded, and in our opinion the best breed you will ever share your life with!
